Review: Stila Illiminating Powder Foundation

I don’t really do reveiw on this site, I use to do them on my FNL youtube channel ( which is now deleted, long story. ) so I thought I would try and see how it works here, lets go!

I bought Stila’s illimunating powder foundation during the end of December on  http://allcosmeticswholesale.com/ . Now this was my first order ever from them, and I love it! All high end makeup for really great prices, and I ended up saving so much, Sephora charged $22.00 for the actual foundation, and $14.00 for the compact. As for ACW charged $10.00 for the foundation amd $8.00 for compact. The fact that I got it for such a good deal was incredible, and made me like this foundation even more. But honestly the foundation is very worth the $34.00 it original cost.

The main reason I bought this was because I knew I just needed to invest in a high end matte foundation, and I’m in the shade 80 watts. For a long time I used liquid foundations, and switched to powder. This foundation is amazing for all skin types probably, but esepcially mine. Which is combinations normal to oily super sensitive skin. Most of the reveiws I read said it was long lasting, very matte, medium coverage, and super blendable. Litterally I agree with ALL of thsese things. Its really hard for me to find a foundation that lives up to its hype but if reallly does.

Overall I would live Stila Illiminating Powder Foudation a 4 out of 5. Mostly because I don’t like no matter where you buy it Stila requires them to sell the compact and the foundation seperately which is completely pointless.  Other then that I don’t plan on trying another powder foundation for awhile, its stays on all day has great coverage and one of the few face products I;ve used that doesn’t break out my skin. Plus it has SPF 20 :]

There’s one more month of school left, but seeing how I’m pretty much done with all this testing and projects at school my mind is already clocked out, and I’m ready for summer. I literally live for the summers, seriously live for it. The hellish heat, the boring days, and adventurous nights , the fashion, the feel, the taste drives me through the  9 months its not summer. Here are some of the things I know for sure I need and want to get to start the summer off right.

1. Fedora – that thing is going to be glued on my head when I go to Costa Rica in july

2. Dexter season 3- 6 – I pretty much just need every season of Dexter ever cause I’m obsessed with that show :]

3. Hair skin, & nails vitamins- I will not damage my hair anymore & grow it out dammit!

4. Stila illuminating powder foundation refill- I’ll do a post on it soon, but I’m almost out & its just the most perfect foundation for hot weather

5. a load of shorts and button down shirts, even though I already have like 20 I need more, thats my summer uniform

6. Fugi Finepix S700- I’ve needed a new camera forever, after researching dozens this one is perfect for me

overdue UPDATE!

Holy guacamole I have not posted in freggin forever! I really want to apologize to all my readers, I hate it when I don’t have time to blog and I know alot of you guys probably do too, so I’m really really sorry. Junior year is seriously no joke, and has been the hardest academic year of my life. Lot of things have happened since I’ve last posted, and I’ve had all these amazing ideas and concepts and new things I want to try and see how you guys will like them, all sitting a fat ole’ FNL folder on my laptop, but just have not had ANY time AT ALL. Luckily I am finished with drivers ed, I took my SAT’s, and all I have left for the rest of the school year is finals and state testing. After those I am back on here! I’m going to make a HUGE effort to blog almost everyday during the summer. Since not much is going on for me this summer. I will be in Costa Rica for 2 weeks ( so excited!) but thats the only time I’ll be traveling this year. Also for those who aren’t aware and i know alot of people were wondering, I did indeed delete the fuzzyneonllama you tube channel. But let me explain! It got hacked & then I got it back but then it got hacked again, it was just really annoying how long I didn’t have access to it & I didn’t have time to make videos anyways so its just gone.  I  font want to babble for too long but just giving you this long overdue update.
